How often should my fire protection systems be serviced and how will I know it's done?
At FRSM, we take proactive ownership of your fire systems’ health. Scheduled inspections happen every month, with more comprehensive checks annually or per legal standards. But you don’t need to track dates we send you timely updates and full reports before you’re even prompted to ask.
Can I trust my compliance is up to date without having to check?
Yes, completely. Keeping you compliant is our responsibility. We manage every regulation, certificate, and record behind the scenes so that you can rest assured your systems always meet ASIB, SANS, NFPA, or FPASA standards without creating extra work for you.
What happens if a fire extinguisher fails or a system shows an issue? Will I be alerted immediately?
You’ll always be in the loop even when we’re quietly managing things. If any issue arises, we notify you right away and take action. But most of the time, you won’t notice a thing because we’ve fixed it before it became a problem.
